Velarc collects the account information needed to provide access to the product, including your name, email address, password hash, and product settings tied to your workspace.

When you upload files to Velarc, those files and derived metadata may be stored so the service can learn, run pipelines, and preserve output history for your account.

We use operational logs and product telemetry to maintain reliability, investigate failures, and improve the experience. We do not sell personal information.
